Maintenance Questions

  • I lost power to part of my unit

Locate the breaker box within your apartment and reset the breaker and check all GFI outlets to see if they have been tripped.

  • My toilet is overflowing or leaking

Locate the water shut off knob on the toilet itself and turn to shutoff the system. If clogged please plunge the system. Maintenance will not unclog the toilet for you.

  • My smoke detector is beeping non-stop

The batteries are low in the unit. Replace them to stop the beeping noise.

  • My garage door will not close

Check the sensors to make sure there are no obstructions. Replacing the batteries in the remote may also remedy the issue.
